Stellar locks a minimum balance in every account, while Tron keeps no reserve and activates an unused address with the first TRX it receives. The TRX goes to the Tron address you enter, and there is no account to open.

Stellar closes a ledger every few seconds, so the deposit is credited quickly, and Tron blocks follow every 3 seconds. The step people miss is the memo. If the deposit screen shows a memo next to the XLM deposit address, add it to your Stellar transaction exactly as shown.
