What the blockchain shows
Can someone see your wallet balance when you pay them?

How private do you need it?
Pay with Monero
StrongestMonero hides the sender, the receiver and the amount on its own chain, so your side leaves nothing public to trace. They receive BTC, ETH, USDT or another coin. New to Monero? See how to get XMR.
Pay with another coin
GoodPay with BTC or ETH and let them receive a different coin, such as USDT. Your wallet and theirs never transact directly, though both chains stay public.

Good to know
What Private Send does not hide
It removes the direct link between your wallet and the recipient's. On Bitcoin, Ethereum and other public chains, the amount they receive and the time it arrives are still public.
For the most private payments, pay with Monero, send from a wallet you control, and ask the recipient for a fresh receiving address.

FAQ
Private Send questions
What is Private Send?
Private Send lets you pay someone in crypto without sending from your own wallet straight to theirs. You send to a one-time deposit address, the swap runs, and the recipient is paid from a separate payout address. On the blockchain there is no direct transaction between your wallet and theirs.
How do I pay someone in crypto without showing my wallet?
Use Private Send. Pick the coin you pay with and the coin they want, paste their wallet address, then send your deposit to the one-time address GhostSwap shows. They are paid from a separate payout address, so your wallet never appears in their transaction.
Can someone see my wallet balance if I send them crypto?
With a normal transfer, yes. Your address is recorded as the sender, and anyone can paste it into a block explorer to see your balance and past transactions. With Private Send they only see a payout address that is not yours.
How do I pay someone in Bitcoin privately?
Choose BTC under "They receive" and pay with Monero or another coin. The recipient gets bitcoin at their own address from a payout address that has no link to your wallet. Paying with Monero leaves no public trail on your side.
Can I send crypto without ID or verification?
Yes. Private Send needs no account, email or ID for standard swaps. You enter the recipient's address and the address you pay from, send the deposit, and follow the payment with your swap ID.
Is my crypto wallet address public?
Your address is not tied to your name by default, but every transaction it makes is public. Once someone knows it, from a payment, an exchange withdrawal or a post, they can follow its balance and history.
Which setup gives the most privacy?
Paying with Monero (XMR). Monero hides the sender, the amount and the receiving address on its own chain, so there is no public trail on your side. The recipient then gets BTC, ETH, USDT or another coin at their address.
Can the recipient get a different coin from the one I pay with?
Yes. You pay with one coin (for example XMR or BTC) and they receive another (for example USDT or ETH). Pick the coin they asked for under "They receive".
How long does a Private Send take?
Most payments arrive in 5 to 30 minutes, depending on how fast your coin's network confirms the deposit. You can follow every step on the status page with your swap ID.
What if the payment fails?
If the swap cannot be completed, your coins go back to the refund address you entered, so always use the address of the wallet you pay from.
