Every Stellar account, balance and payment is public on explorers like StellarExpert. XLM to XMR moves the value into Monero, which hides the sender, the receiver and the amount by default. No account is needed, and the XMR goes to the Monero address you paste.
Stellar closes a ledger about every 5 seconds, so the XLM deposit is usually credited within a minute or two. Most swaps send the XMR within 5 to 15 minutes. If the deposit screen shows a memo next to the address, send it exactly as shown. The XMR then needs 10 Monero confirmations, about 20 minutes, before your wallet lets you spend it.
