Does GhostSwap require registration?
No. GhostSwap has no accounts, so there's nothing to register: no sign-up, no email, no password and no phone number.
A swap takes four steps:
- Choose the coin you send and the coin you want to receive.
- Enter the amount and the address that should receive the coins. Add a memo or destination tag if that coin uses one, such as XRP or XLM.
- Send the deposit from your own wallet to the one-time address shown.
- The swapped coins arrive at the address you entered.
You never connect a wallet or sign an approval. You paste a receiving address and send a deposit, the same way you would pay anyone.
Without an account, each swap is tracked by its swap ID. Keep the ID: your swap's status page is ghostswap.io/txs/?id=YOUR_SWAP_ID, and it shows whether the deposit has arrived, how many confirmations it has, and when the payout is sent. Support also uses the swap ID to find your swap.
