Quick answer: Partly. BloFin lets you open an account with an email address, phone number, Google account or Apple ID, and its default Basic level (Lv 0) needs no ID upload. At that level you can withdraw up to 20,000 USDT in 24 hours; higher limits need ID and a selfie, then proof of address. BloFin’s terms also let it ask any user for ID or for where funds came from, and they bar residents of the US, Canada, India and more than 40 places in all.
BloFin’s verification levels
From BloFin’s help article “How to Complete Identity Verification on BloFin?” (page dated 6 March 2026):
| Level | What you provide | Withdrawal limit (24 hours) | Futures trading and leverage |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic (Lv 0), the default | Email, phone, Google or Apple sign-up | 20,000 USDT | No limit by level |
| Personal Information Verification (Lv 1) | ID card, passport, residence permit or driving licence, plus a selfie | 1,000,000 USDT | No limit by level |
| Address Proof Verification (Lv 2) | Proof of address | 2,000,000 USDT | No limit by level |
BloFin says ID checks are usually reviewed within 24 hours, but some take longer.
So “no KYC” on BloFin means no ID upload up to a withdrawal cap. It does not mean no account.
What you need to sign up
BloFin’s registration guide (page dated 28 July 2026) supports sign-up with an email address, phone number, Google account or Apple ID. For email or phone it asks for:
- an email address or phone number as your username;
- a password;
- a six-digit code sent to that email or phone.
Buying crypto with a card or bank transfer works differently. BloFin’s Buy Crypto FAQ (page dated 18 May 2026) says purchases go through outside vendors, Simplex and Alchemy Pay, and each vendor runs its own sign-up and verification. You also need email or phone verification and two-factor authentication on your BloFin account. Card and bank deposits have a 24 to 48 hour hold before you can withdraw.
What BloFin’s terms say
BloFin’s Terms of Use (help-centre page dated 3 July 2026) are stricter on paper than its help pages:
- ID on request. By registering, you agree to provide the personal information BloFin requires for identity verification.
- Source of funds. BloFin may ask for information to check where your funds come from and how you use them.
- Restricted Locations. People who live in a listed place may not use BloFin. The list includes the United States, Canada, India, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Belarus, Russian-controlled regions of Ukraine and the Marshall Islands, with more than 40 entries in all. BloFin can add places at any time.
In plain words: the Basic level lets you trade without uploading ID, but BloFin keeps the right to ask for it later, and the account must belong to someone outside the restricted list.

Is a no-KYC level the same as no checks?
No. A no-ID level usually comes with limits, and the platform’s terms decide what happens next. On BloFin, the cap is 20,000 USDT a day, and the terms let it ask for ID or proof of where funds came from. Even services that need no account at all may pause a transaction and ask where the funds came from in some cases. Read the terms before you send funds, and follow the rules where you live. If you only want to swap one coin for another
BloFin is built for trading on an exchange account. If you just want to turn one coin into another, an instant swap service needs no exchange account.
On GhostSwap there is no account, email, sign-up or ID upload to swap. You choose two of 1,600+ coins, enter the address that should receive the coins and send the deposit. The rate is floating, with the fee included in the quote, and each swap has a public status page. GhostSwap is web only, with a Tor mirror and a Telegram bot. A swap service is not a trading account, so there are no futures or leverage. Steps: How to exchange on GhostSwap. Other routes: How to buy crypto without KYC.
