USDT BEP20 to USDT TRC20: Move Tether From BSC to Tron, No KYC
To swap USDT BEP20 to USDT TRC20, type the amount, paste the Tron T-address for the payout and the 0x BNB Smart Chain address you send from, then send the BEP20 Tether to the single-use deposit address, keeping some BNB in that wallet for gas. You skip registration and ID checks entirely; the BSC deposit is usually final in under a minute, after which the TRC20 Tether goes out to your Tron wallet.

How much USDT TRC20 do you get for USDT BEP20?
GhostSwap quotes at 2 Nov 2026, 19:04 UTC, after the service fee and the cost of sending the USDT TRC20 to your wallet.
The rate floats with the market until your USDT BEP20 deposit confirms.
Sending from BNB Smart Chain: BNB gas and the 0x trap
USDT BEP20 is a token on BNB Smart Chain, so moving it costs a small fee in BNB, the chain's own coin. Trust Wallet, MetaMask and Rabby take that fee from your BNB balance, not from the Tether. If the wallet holds USDT and no BNB at all, the transfer will fail before it starts.
The bigger risk is the network itself. BNB Smart Chain and Ethereum use the same address format, 0x and 40 hex characters, and many wallets show both chains under one account. The deposit address for this pair only accepts the BEP20 token. If your Tether is really ERC20, it belongs on USDT ERC20 to USDT TRC20 instead.
In MetaMask, the network picker at the top should read BNB Smart Chain before you press Send. On an exchange withdrawal page, the right option is labelled BEP20 or BSC. The transfer shows on BscScan and normally confirms in under a minute.
Receiving TRC20 Tether at a T-address
The payout is Tether on the Tron network. The address that gets it starts with T and runs to 34 characters, and TronLink and Trust Wallet both give you one. A 0x address cannot receive TRC20 tokens, so the BSC account you sent from is no use here, even inside the same app.
Tron wallets often show unknown tokens that borrow the USDT name. They are sent unasked, usually to lure people to a fake site. The real token on Tron has the contract TR7NHqjeKQxGTCi8q8ZY4pL8otSzgjLj6t, and Tronscan shows it with that exact string. Your payout is always that contract.
Tether can be frozen by its issuer at any address, on Tron just as on BNB Smart Chain. Nothing about moving it between the two changes that. If you need dollars that no single company can lock, a stablecoin is not the right tool.
BEP20, TRC20 and ERC20 side by side
| USDT BEP20 (you send) | USDT TRC20 (you receive) | USDT ERC20 | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chain | BNB Smart Chain | Tron | Ethereum |
| Address | 0x plus 40 hex | T, 34 characters | 0x plus 40 hex |
| Fee paid in | BNB | TRX or staked energy | ETH |
| Confirmation | Under a minute | About a minute | About 2 to 5 minutes |
| Look it up on | BscScan | Tronscan | Etherscan |
All three are Tether, but each version lives only on its own chain, and a wallet cannot simply move one into another. A swap is how you change the network. The confirmation times above describe each chain on a normal day and can stretch while a network is congested. The two 0x columns are the pair people mix up, so read the network label, not the address. Moving stablecoins across networks goes through the fee side in more detail.
After the TRC20 payout: you will need TRX
With the BEP20 deposit settled, most swaps finish within minutes; Tron needs about a minute more to settle the payout. Check it on Tronscan with the payout hash from your status page.
Here is the part people miss. Moving USDT on Tron costs energy and bandwidth, and an address without staked TRX pays by burning TRX. A Tron wallet that holds only the Tether you just received is stuck with it. The BNB left in your BSC wallet is no help here, as it only pays fees on BNB Smart Chain.
The fix is a little TRX in the same T-address. You can get it with a separate small swap on USDT BEP20 to TRX, using the same BSC wallet. If you plan to send TRC20 Tether often, staking TRX for energy in TronLink lowers the cost of each transfer.
Refund address and what to do if it stalls
The 0x sender address you enter is not decoration. If a swap cannot be completed, the BEP20 Tether is refunded to that BNB Smart Chain address. Use one whose recovery phrase is yours, so any returned balance lands where you can spend it.
Sending straight from an exchange account breaks that. Exchange withdrawals go out from a shared wallet, and Tether that comes back to it may never reach your balance. Move the USDT into Trust Wallet, MetaMask or Rabby and send the deposit from that wallet.
Each swap ID has a status page that steps through deposit, exchange and payout. BscScan shows your deposit and Tronscan shows the payout, so both legs are public. Should BscScan say confirmed while that page sits unchanged for hours, send support@ghostswap.io a note with the swap ID and the BscScan hash, and resist sending a second deposit.
Why people move Tether from BSC to Tron
The usual reason is the other side of a payment. A client, a supplier or a peer-to-peer trade asks for TRC20, because Tron is where a large share of everyday Tether transfers happen. If your dollars sit on BNB Smart Chain, sending BEP20 to their T-address would not work, so the network has to change first.
Some deposit pages only list Tron for USDT, and some people simply want all their stablecoins on one chain to keep track of fees. Whatever the reason, the value stays in Tether; only the network changes. The box shows how much USDT TRC20 you get after fees, quoted off aggregated liquidity from leading crypto markets; do not assume a perfect one-for-one result.
No account, email or ID is part of the process on GhostSwap, a no-KYC crypto exchange. To go back later, use USDT TRC20 to USDT BEP20.
Common mistakes
- Sending ERC20 Tether from Ethereum because the 0x deposit address looks like any other.
- Keeping zero BNB next to the BEP20 USDT, which leaves BNB Smart Chain gas unpaid.
- Pasting the 0x BSC account into the payout field instead of a Tron T-address.
- Expecting BNB to cover fees on Tron and ending up with TRC20 Tether that cannot move.
- Withdrawing from an exchange straight into the deposit, which leaves the exchange as the refund address.
