ONDO is the governance token of the Ondo DAO, tied to Ondo Finance, which issues tokenized Treasury funds and tokenized stocks. Both are ERC-20 tokens on Ethereum, so one 0x address can send the FLIP and receive the ONDO. The pair suits FLIP holders who want ONDO in their own wallet without a DEX approval or an account.

Only FLIP in your Ethereum wallet can be swapped. FLIP that has been funded to a Chainflip State Chain account, for example to bond a validator, must first be redeemed back to an Ethereum address, which is not instant.
