POL to USDT AVAX: Swap Polygon to Tether on Avalanche C-Chain

This pair is for people who hold POL on Polygon and want stable money somewhere else. The usual reason is a C-Chain app, a payment to someone who works on Avalanche, or simply parking value in a dollar-tracking token instead of a coin whose price swings.

It is one swap instead of a chain of steps. Without it, you would trade POL for a stablecoin on Polygon and then bridge that stablecoin to Avalanche, paying fees and waiting at each stage. To move the Tether later, the wallet needs AVAX for gas on the C-Chain. Your remaining POL cannot pay for it. A small amount of AVAX in the same address is enough to unlock the USDT.
