Empfange Sui
Your SUI is paid out once your USDT TRC20 deposit confirms, and Sui then confirms it in a few seconds. Most swaps finish within minutes. The exact time depends on how fast each network confirms your deposit. Follow each step on the status page with your swap ID.
Why a Sui wallet cannot simply accept Tron Tether
A common search is whether USDT can be sent straight to a Sui wallet. It cannot, at least not from Tron. TRC20 Tether exists only on the Tron ledger, and a Sui address lives on a different chain with its own format. TronLink or Trust Wallet will refuse a 0x address of 64 hex characters, and even if some tool accepted it, nothing on Sui would record the transfer.
What this page does instead is a swap. You hand over TRC20 USDT on Tron and receive SUI, the native coin of Sui, on the Sui side. Nothing is wrapped and no bridge contract holds your tokens in between. The rate comes from aggregated liquidity from leading crypto markets and keeps moving with the market until your Tron deposit confirms; the box shows the SUI figure after fees before you send.
If what you actually want on Sui is a dollar token rather than SUI, swap to SUI first and convert inside the Sui ecosystem later, or keep the dollars on Tron.
Paying for the Tron side: energy, bandwidth and TRX
USDT on Tron is a TRC-20 token, so moving it uses a smart contract call. Tron charges that call in energy and bandwidth, and when a wallet has neither staked, it burns TRX to cover them. The upshot is simple: a wallet holding Tether and no TRX cannot send the deposit.
Check the TRX line in TronLink or Trust Wallet before you start. A transfer of USDT to a brand-new deposit address usually costs more energy than a transfer to an address that already holds USDT, so leave a comfortable margin rather than the bare amount you paid last time.
Paste your own Tron address, the one that starts with T and is 34 characters long, into the sender field. Refunds return there, so it must be a wallet whose keys you hold. The deposit confirms on Tron in about a minute, and you can follow it on Tronscan mit dem Transaktions-Hash.
Getting a Sui address from Slush or Nightly
Sui addresses start with 0x, then 64 hexadecimal characters. Slush (formerly Sui Wallet) and Nightly both show it on the receive screen with a copy button. Use that button; retyping a 66-character string is how coins get lost.
Length is the quickest sanity check. If the address you are about to paste is only 42 characters, it is an Ethereum or BNB Smart Chain account, not a Sui one, and the payout field should not accept it. If it starts with T, you have pasted your Tron sender address into the wrong box.
A Sui account does not need to exist on chain before it receives coins. A freshly created Slush wallet can take the payout straight away, and the incoming SUI appears once Sui finalizes the transfer, which takes a few seconds. You can look the address up on Suiscan to see the payout if the wallet view lags behind.
Tron and Sui at a glance

The useful contrast is the fee coin. On Tron you needed a separate coin, TRX, to move a token. On Sui you are receiving the gas coin itself, so the SUI you get can pay for its own next transfer. Tether can freeze USDT at a given address, as a property of the token; once you hold SUI that no longer applies to this balance. Both explorers can be searched by address, so each leg of the swap is easy to follow.
What to do with SUI after it lands
Most people who make this swap are moving from a dollar balance into the Sui ecosystem: trying a Sui app, staking SUI from their own wallet, or simply holding it. Since every Sui transaction pays gas in SUI, a small part of the balance should stay untouched so you can always move the rest.
Slush and Nightly both let you stake SUI to a validator from inside the wallet. Staked SUI is not spendable until you withdraw it, so stake only the part you will not need soon.
If prices move against you, the way back to dollars on Tron is SUI zu USDT TRC20. Keep some TRX in the Tron wallet you used today, because you will need it again the moment that Tether returns and you want to send it on. For a view on where the coin may head, see our Sui-Preisvorhersage.
If the deposit is stuck or the swap fails
If a swap cannot be completed, the coins are refunded to the sender address you entered. On this pair that means TRC20 USDT going back to your Tron address, which is why an exchange deposit address does not belong in the sender field.
Most swaps finish within minutes once the Tron deposit confirms. If Tronscan shows the transfer as confirmed and the status page still has not moved after a long wait, email support@ghostswap.io with the swap ID and the Tron transaction hash. Hold off on any repeat deposit until support replies.
A failed Tron transaction is different. If Tronscan marks it as failed with an energy error, the USDT never left your wallet; only the burned TRX is gone. Top up TRX and send again to the same deposit address shown on the status page.
Häufige Fehler
- Pasting a Sui 0x address into TronLink and hoping the USDT arrives on Sui; the swap is the only route.
- Trying to send TRC20 USDT from a wallet with no TRX for energy and bandwidth.
- Using a 42-character Ethereum or BNB Smart Chain address as the SUI payout address.
- Staking all of the received SUI and leaving none free to pay Sui gas.
- Entering an exchange deposit address in the Tron sender field, so a refund has nowhere safe to go.
