BTC to ATOM: Exchange Bitcoin for Cosmos Hub ATOM, No KYC

Your deposit counts once Bitcoin confirms it in one to three blocks. Blocks arrive roughly every ten minutes on average, but the fee rate you set decides how soon a miner picks up your transaction. Check mempool.espacio for the rates recent blocks have accepted and choose one in that range.

Bitcoin does not pay staking rewards. Some holders move part of their BTC into ATOM to earn rewards by delegating, and to take part in Cosmos Hub governance, where staked ATOM votes on proposals.

Others want exposure to the wider Cosmos ecosystem of connected chains. ATOM can be far more volatile than BTC, so a swap here usually means a smaller, more active slice of a portfolio, not the core of it.
