Two Memo fields, two different jobs
This pair is unusual because both coins use a Memo, and they do not mean the same thing.
The first is on the deposit side, for ATOM. After you create the swap, look at the deposit details. If they list a Memo, put it into the Memo field of the transaction in Keplr, Trust Wallet or Vultisig, character for character. If no Memo is listed, send without one.
The second is on the payout side, for XLM, and it is a field in the swap form. Leave it blank when the XLM goes to your own Lobstr or Freighter wallet. Fill it in only when the XLM goes to an exchange account, which usually hands out a Memo next to its G-address so it can credit the right customer.
A simple way to remember it: the deposit Memo comes from the swap, the payout Memo comes from whoever runs the receiving account.
Sending ATOM from Cosmos Hub
Only liquid ATOM on Cosmos Hub can be sent to the deposit address. ATOM that is delegated to a validator has to be undelegated first, and Cosmos Hub then holds it for 21 days before it becomes spendable. Check the available balance in your wallet, not the staked total.
ATOM that you moved over IBC to another chain, for example to an osmo1 address on Osmosis, is not on Cosmos Hub any more. Send it back to your cosmos1 address before starting.
The network fee is paid in ATOM, so leave a little in the wallet rather than sending everything. Cosmos Hub confirms in under a minute, and Escaneo de monedas shows the deposit as soon as it is in a block. The rate floats with the market until that moment; after it, most swaps finish within minutes.
Receiving XLM at a G-address
The XLM goes to a Stellar address: a G followed by 55 more characters, 56 in all. Lobstr and Freighter both create one. A cosmos1 address will not pass the form's check, and neither will a 0x address.
A Stellar account exists on the network only once it holds a minimum balance, the base reserve of 1 XLM. If your G-address is brand new, the first payment it receives activates it, and that reserve stays locked in the account for as long as it exists. Each extra asset you add a trustline for later raises the reserve slightly. None of this changes the swap; it just explains why your wallet may show a little less XLM as spendable than the total.
