The address row is identical and every other row differs. The fee row matters most: Base ETH pays for your deposit, and mainnet ETH pays for anything you do with the AAVE later. They are two balances you top up separately.
Gas on mainnet after the payout
Receiving AAVE costs you nothing. Moving it is another story. A transfer, an approval for the Aave app or a stake into the safety module is a mainnet transaction, paid in ETH on Ethereum. Mainnet gas is usually higher than Base fees, so a wallet that only ever used Base may hold no mainnet ETH at all.
